SAND PRODUCTS
CUSHION SAND SCREENED OR NON SCREENED
Cushion Sand is a native, general purpose sand. Cushion Sand is used under concrete work, pipe embedment, etc. It is typically used under patios or newly poured concrete to help level the area and bring it up to grade. Cushion sand tends to pack very well compared to other sands. Our sand is used in many different applications from volleyball courts, horse stalls, playgrounds and many construction applications.
CONCRETE SAND
Concrete Sand is a washed sand, primarily used to mix concrete. Concrete Sand is a courser material than brick sand, and meets ASTM C33 specifications for uniform application and consistency.
BRICK SAND
Brick Sand is a washed sand used by brick or stone masons. Our Brick Sand meets ASTM C33 specifications for uniform application and consistency.

ARENA MIX

SILICA SAND
Silica sand is used in industrial processing, to make glass, as fill, and to create molds and castings. Frac sand is a specialized type of sand that is added to fracking fluids that are injected into unconventional oil and gas wells during hydraulic fracturing (fracking or hydrofracking), a process that enhances petroleum extraction from tight (low permeability) reservoirs.
FINE WHITE WASHED MASONRY SAND
White masonry sand is used in bricklaying and masonry stonework, however the diverse fine grain sand also works great under pavers, swimming pools, volleyball courts, and sand play boxes.
CALCULATING CUBIC YARDS FOR SQUARE / RECTANGLE AREAS
Length x Depth x Width (all expressed in feet) + cubic feet divided by 27 = cubic yards.
NOTE: 1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet (3'x3'x3').

COMPOST MIX
Our Organic Compost Mix is good for any new yard, garden or sod installation. Our product is composted with cow manure for very nutrient rich and heavy soil amendment that is great for tilling into your existing soil to encourage grass growth, healthy flower beds and flourishing gardens.
SCREENED TOPSOIL
Topsoil is composed of mineral particles and organic matter and usually extends to a depth of 5-10 inches. Together these make a substrate capable of holding water and air which encourages biological activity.
LANDSCAPE MIX
With the large landscape projects in mind the Landscape Mix is a cost efficient material to use in any landscape application from sod prepping to flowerbeds. It contains 40% Topsoil, 40% Premium Cushion Sand & 20% Screened Compost.
PRO CHOICE LANDSCAPE MIX
Our pro choice landscape mix is designed for the ultimate gardener in mind. With the ingredients to help your green thumb achieve its goals our mix design contains 50% Native Hardwood Mulch, 25% Premium Cushion Sand & 25% Screened Compost.
HARDWOOD MULCH
A native hardwood mulch that is made from native south Texas trees. We offer a double ground version of this material, where the material is ground to a consistent size.
SELECT FILL SCREENED OR NON SCREENED
Our Select Fill dirt is good for any construction job, from small or large pads, to a variety of fill jobs.It is ideal for ultimate compaction with a PI of 12-16. Select Fill is usually a mix of clay and sand so that when worked and compacted, the material will pass required testing for engineer specifications on building pads. Select Fill is generally used on constructions sites with equipment, but will work for smaller projects to to fill holes in your yard.
CALCULATING CUBIC YARDS FOR CIRCULAR AREAS
Radius squared x 3.14 (Pi) x depth (all expressed in feet) + cubic feet divided by 27 = cubic yards.
NOTE: 1 cubic yard = 27 cubic feet (3'x3'x3').
EXAMPLE: A 50-foot diameter circular area, 4 inches deep. NOTE: the radius is 1/2 of the diameter
25x25'x3.14x.33=648 cubic feet divided by 27 = 24 cubic yards

3/8" PEA GRAVEL
A native Texas stone that is a screened and washed granite product, and is useful for many different applications, such as driveways, walkways, mixing, patios, flowerbeds and much more.
TXDOT 247 SPEC 2" MINUS ROAD BASE
Our road base is crushed limestone material from 2" minus in size. TXDOT spec specific material is used for commercial & industrial applications where proper compaction is necessary to withstand extreme conditions.
1" & 2" MINUS COMMERCIAL ROAD BASE
Our road base is crushed limestone material from 2" minus to 1" minus in size. This specific material is commonly known as "commercial base" not meeting TXDOT standard testing procedures. When properly installing road base it can create well compacted sub-grade for road construction projects.
F - ROCK
Our F - rock is a washed limestone material with a size of 1/4” free of fines. It is a clean looking chip rock good for pathways, drive way top dressing or free draining applications.
3/8" CHIP ROCK
Our chip rock is a washed limestone material with a size of 3/8” free of fines. It is a clean looking chip rock good for pathways, drive way top dressing or free draining applications.

#57 STONE
Our 57 stone is 1" in size and one of the most commonly used types of crushed stone due to its versatility. It is ideal for a variety of projects. It is used as aggregate in concrete. It works well as a base for building sidewalks, asphalt roads, driveways, and railroad ballast.
